A Relaxed, In-Home Newborn Session
Sessions are approximately one hour, with plenty of wiggle room built in for whatever your baby needs that day. If we need to stop for a feeding, diaper change, soothing, or simply a few extra minutes of cuddling, we do. There is no need to rush through the session to stay on a timeline. Your newborn session is designed around your baby, not a strict schedule.
There is absolutely no need to deep clean or have everything perfectly picked up before your newborn session. I am completely comfortable moving things around, clearing a small area, or making adjustments as we go. This is a judgement-free zone. I have brought my own daughter home, too, and I certainly did not have a perfectly tidy house waiting for newborn photos. We will work with what you have and focus on the people who matter most.
Maternity, Fresh 48 & Newborn Packages
If you want to document more from your pregnancy, I also offer customizable maternity and newborn photography packages. You can mix and match maternity, Fresh 48, and newborn sessions based on what you want for your family. Rather than choosing from a one-size-fits-all package, I’ll customize the price around the sessions you’re interested in.
Fresh 48 sessions take place in the hospital during those first days with your baby, while newborn sessions are photographed in the comfort of your own home. Combining these sessions creates a beautiful story from pregnancy through those first days together. Whether you’re looking for a maternity photoshoot package on its own or maternity newborn photography packages that include multiple sessions, we can create an option that works for you and gives you peace of mind going into delivery knowing your most important moments are taken care of.

When should I book my newborn photography session?
It is best to book your newborn photography session during pregnancy so we can plan around your due date and reserve time for your family. If your baby has already arrived, feel free to reach out. I will always do my best to accommodate your newborn photoshoot when my schedule allows.
Where do newborn sessions take place?
My newborn photography sessions are in-home, so you and your new baby can stay comfortable in a familiar space. I serve families throughout Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, and the greater Phoenix area. We will use the rooms with the best natural light and the spaces where your growing family naturally spends time together.
What if my baby is fussy during our newborn session?
Your baby does not need to be perfectly happy or settled for the entire session. Babies can be unpredictable, and that is completely normal. We will take breaks as needed for feeding, changing, rocking, or cuddling. My goal is to create a stress-free newborn photography experience where you can feel calm and enjoy this beautiful time with your new baby.
Do you offer maternity and newborn photography?
Yes! I offer both maternity photography and newborn sessions, and you can book them separately or together. A maternity and newborn experience is a beautiful way to document your family from pregnancy through those first days with your baby. Maternity sessions can take place throughout Phoenix and the East Valley.
Do you offer milestone and family photography?
Absolutely. Your family's story does not end with newborn photos. I also offer milestone sessions, family photos, and cake smash sessions to document your baby as they grow. From those first newborn pictures to their first birthday, we can create beautiful images throughout each stage.
Do you offer studio newborn photography?
My primary approach to newborn photography in Gilbert, AZ and the surrounding Phoenix area is in-home rather than traditional studio newborn photography. I love creating natural, beautiful images in your own space because it allows your baby and family to feel comfortable while capturing the little moments that make this time so special.
